MolForge does not collect personal health information. Our platform generates computational predictions from publicly available chemical databases (ChEMBL, PubChem). We may collect basic analytics data (page views, session duration) through standard web analytics tools.
2. How We Use Information
Aggregate usage data is used solely to improve platform performance and user experience. No individual user data is shared with third parties.
3. Data Security
All compound data generated by MolForge is stored on encrypted servers. CRO assay results are treated as confidential first-party data under Work for Hire agreements. Individual compound structures are protected as trade secrets pending patent filing.
4. Third-Party Services
MolForge uses the following third-party services: Vercel (hosting), GitHub (code repository), Google Analytics (anonymized usage tracking). We do not share compound data or prediction results with any third party without explicit NDA agreement.

6. GDPR Article 13 Disclosures (EU users)

Retention period: analytics data 14 months max (Vercel Analytics standard); CRO partnership data per Section 8 of Terms (Work for Hire). International transfers: site hosted on Vercel (US) — Standard Contractual Clauses apply for EU→US transfers. Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdraw consent, lodge complaint with supervisory authority.
