1. Prediction Disclaimer

All predictions, scores, tiers, heatmaps, and compound dossiers generated by MolForge are provided for informational purposes only. No prediction constitutes medical, clinical, or investment advice. All final decisions regarding compound selection, synthesis, and clinical development must be made by qualified researchers and clinicians.

2. No Warranty

MolForge makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any prediction. Confidence intervals generated by Conformal Prediction are statistical estimates, not absolute guarantees. Tier 3 (Experimentally Validated) compounds still require additional preclinical and clinical validation.

3. Limitation of Liability

AgentAI Labs Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any experimental failures, clinical outcomes, or financial losses arising from reliance on MolForge predictions. Users assume all risk associated with the use of computational predictions in drug discovery.

4. Intellectual Property

Individual compound structures (SMILES, InChI) are confidential intellectual property of AgentAI Labs Co., Ltd. pending patent filing. Unauthorized reproduction, reverse-engineering, or distribution of compound data is prohibited. Aggregate statistics and methodology descriptions may be shared under the terms of our public disclosure policy.

5. Data Handling

MolForge does not collect, store, or process personal health information. All compound data is generated computationally. CRO assay results are treated as confidential first-party data under Work for Hire agreements.

6. Regulatory Position

Per FDA’s January 2025 draft guidance on Artificial Intelligence in Drug Discovery, MolForge’s predictions are classified as early discovery informational tools — explicitly excluded from high-risk AI device classification. MolForge does not make diagnostic or therapeutic claims.
